- Once the reservation is done, payment will be made online through the Paypal or Sumup platform. The charge will be made in Chilean pesos or dollars as established between the client and chileshoretours.com. 50% of the total amount will be requested to guarantee. The balance and total will be paid on the start day of the first tour.
- In case of cancellation by the passenger:
- Cancellation before 25 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 100% of the total payment.
- Cancellation before 24 to 15 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 80% of the payment.
- Cancellation before 14 to 07 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 70% of the payment.
- Cancellation before 06 to 03 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 50% of the payment.
- Cancellation before 02 to 0 days before the start of the first tour, there will be no refund.

We will make three or four stops. At the end of the tour you will be able to comprehend the paradoxes, the contradictions, the rhythm, and the idiosyncrasy of this "Paris of South America". In this tour, we will be using a comfortable van. This is a tailor-made tour so we can start depending on where I pick you up and the things you want to do in BA.
