    • Payment and Cancellation Procedure
    • Once the reservation is done, payment will be made online through the Paypal or Sumup platform. The charge will be made in Chilean pesos or dollars as established between the client and chileshoretours.com. 50% of the total amount will be requested to guarantee. The balance and total will be paid on the start day of the first tour.

    In case of cancellation and return
    • In case of cancellation by the passenger:
    • Cancellation before 25 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 100% of the total payment.
    • Cancellation before 24 to 15 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 80% of the payment.
    • Cancellation before 14 to 07 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 70% of the payment.
    • Cancellation before 06 to 03 days before the start of the first tour, refund of 50% of the payment.
    • Cancellation before 02 to 0 days before the start of the first tour, there will be no refund.

    For 1 to 5 people we use SUV or minivan, depending of the final number of travellers. For bigger groups we use larger minibuses (Ford Transit, Mercedes Benz Sprinter or similar).
